Completely over her head. I used her for my professional business, as did many people I know and we all lost 10s of thousands of dollars because of the incompetence. I am STILL cleaning up messes from 2021 tax returns and paying a CPA to fix her mistakes! In fact, there should be a lawsuit due to the amount of money business people lost.

prepare your personal and/or business taxes properly, keep looking. Monica at Decision Financial Services may sell you on her teams services, but unfortunately I found out the hard way.

Would highly recommend to look elsewhere. Many errors were made when filing both my business and personal taxes where we were overpaying by thousands of dollars. We hired DFS to help make things easier for us, but it was just the opposite. Horrible communication with Monica via phone or email. Great communication when you are a potential new client!
