I very recently worked with the Law Offices of Kirk McIntosh in order to have a Power of Attorney and some additional Healthcare documentation drafted. Kirk’s office and specifically the attorney that assisted me (Calvin Bryne) made this effort as simple as possible, as they worked with me every step of the way in order to ensure that all of my needs and wants were covered, and all of my questions were answered. From start to finish, the entire process took less than a week and was very reasonably priced.

Additionally, when I went to have all of the documentation notarized, the agent assigned to me told me that the PoA and healthcare directives that Kirk’s office had drafted for me were the most in depth and comprehensive that they had ever seen (and then asked me for their contact information). This, to me, truly speaks to the quality of work that Calvin and the rest of the team produce.

Having this type of documentation is extremely important, and can have quite the learning curve when researching independently (for someone like me at least).
