Scam artist would be the only way I could describe the service I received. I was told I would receive my settlement in May, now I am getting told I won't receive it until June. I contacted Davis and Norris LLP in August of 2023.

Kept me waiting for 2 years for a $50 settlement offer from cash app when I had $2000 stolen from my account!!!! Their ad said they would get me the full amount PLUS an extra 1000!

Originally I was working with another individual with the firm. I received no feedback from this individual, so I reached out to David Lewis. Mr. Lewis and I spoke over the phone and I explained the frustration I had with the firm. He ensured me, going forward, that I would receive more correspondence. Since that day our conversations have been vis email. However, he has constantly kept me in the loop with the process of the case, emailing me weekly with updates, even if there were none to report. I really appreciate how he took the lead to keep his clients in the know. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Lewis.

Dave was fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better representative. He was routinely updated not only my wife and I but dozens of clients as the defendant in this class action lawsuit continued to attempt to delay distributing the requisite settlement payments. Anytime I had a question, Dave was never to busy to respond and went the extra mile to explain in detail what was going on as the defendant continued to drag out the process. I hope I get an opportunity to meet Dave and thank him personally for his persistence and empathy.
