My wife and I employed David Sutton as our mediator in our on-going divorce for about 7 months. David's approach to mediation is to get both people to compromise on their positions no matter how unjust their accusations or demands. So if you want to employ him you would be advised to make up a whole bunch of lies about your spouse so that when it comes time to compromise your will start from a better position. He doesn't care about justice, only compromise.
Be aware, he uses this line on his clients where he says " You guys really have a decent relationship compared to most and in the future after the paperwork is done, I can see both of you becoming friends and raising your kids in peace."
I only received justice once I fired David Sutton and my lawyer, then filed motions on my own with the court. The judge cares about the law and justice. David Sutton does not.
