David Moeck has been my attorney for many years. He is relentless, knowledgable and professional at his work, at the same time, he is a very caring and personable family man. Not only is he a sensitive and caring person, but he is available for his clients despite how many trials he has going on and has his staff reach out regularly with updates. His intelligence and love-for-facts gives him the edge and he is definitely the attorney you would not want to be on the opposing side of. I highly recommend David and believe the two negative reviews on here are unfair considering David has no control over how long litigation takes.

Still waiting to see if they will take my case. Been very professional and quick responding to calls and emails. 3 stars because the first time we came in we waited for 90 mins even though we had an appointment. Will update after conclusion of my case.
