In October my Florida attorney advised me to get a lawyer in Ohio over my custody situation with my daughter so I randomly chose Mr hunter and hoped for the best.. luckily i couldn't have found a better person to represent me. We went over every aspect of custody before the paperwork was completed. I went in to look it over before they filed with the courts and I found several mistakes that would have gone against what I had initially asked for. They corrected them and after I approved of the final draft I actually got a bill in the mail to pay for them to correct the mistakes they made in the first draft.... over $100!!! I was flabbergasted that they had the audacity to do that. These were mistakes that no lawyer should have made and should've corrected at their own expense. I sent them a letter letting them know I was not paying for their mistakes and if they didn't agree I'd see what the Ashland County Bar Association thought about their practices... Never heard from them again. If you live in Loudonville take the time to go to Ashland for your attorney.

David was a gaurdian ad litem per my request. He was caught passing out on my couch during our home interview. Kept asking the same questions repeatedly and i mean the exact same questions. He is a liar! He lied to the magistrate about passing out on my couch. He was not at all helpful in my case. He spoke with my daughter for not even ten minutes during our interview. He Seemed to wat to continue to keep pushing things off and extending the process to recieve more money.I Would not recommend him and if he is appointed GAL in your case I would request a different one immediately! He also claims more time spent on your case than what he actually spent working your case.
