He was quick to take my $1500. After that he was a complete joke. He doesn't call back, if u are lucky enuf to get through to his secretary, she acts disgusted to answer. He did not try at all to do his job, at least not that I could see. He would show up to court but seemed it was just for show, not his actual job. After taking my case and doing nothing with it told me the truth is the last thing u will get in a court of law and advised me to drop it. Lost all faith in justice system because of this man.

My ex hired him and so I called him to try to negotiate out of court. First interaction with this guy: "She's filing for custody, support and divorce." I told him we were never married. He then realized he was looking at the wrong case# after I had just read it to him prior to his statement.
Fast forward to July 2024. I represented myself and responded to her petition. In her petition they asked for back dated child support to Sept. 2023. Problem: I was already paying support on the same two kids here in MO in a different county since 2016. She failed to tell her lawyer that, and he failed to do his due diligence to check on that.
Court date comes. I go up when the case is called. Judge Melenbrink asked if her or her lawyer were there. I hadn't seen them. I told the judge they weren't there. He asked me how I'd like to proceed and I asked him to dismiss the case. He did.
This "lawyer" if that's what you want to call him, failed to appear in court on his clients behalf. I literally told my ex to get her money back from this hack.

Worst G.A.L there possibly is all he is for is the money the whole time I never once got call from him or talked to him through my custody battle till court then mediation and then he looked at me like I was the problem. but we all know what Crosby gonna say nothing . If you this lawyer I feel sorry for you all he's the worst of all.

Update: he just called me today 7/30/24 5pm and told me I shouldn't be leaving bad reviews on his business so unprofessional to add to his abilities.

Mr. Crosby is so wonderful! I cannot thank him enough for his help and services. If I had to ever recommend him I would for sure.
I do want everyone to see this though... His assistant is the WORST! Not only is she rude but doesn't really seem competent for the job. You can pay by check or cash only.. Not debit/credit cards. Fine. His assistant is NEVER in the office to take the payments though, and when I finally just mailed them it took 2 months for her cash the checks. Good thing I had the money in my account.

Never got back to me.
He was recommended by a friend. But My friend didn't tell me he is still going through his custody battle and it has been over 2 years! He dies not do his job does not call you back and just takes advantage of poor people trying to be able to see their kids. I would never recommend Crosby to anyone! Worst lawyer ever! Not worth anything!

Mr. Crosby is absolutely amazing! He was able to get a visit with my daughter after I hadn't seen her in 30 days. Mr.Crosby is the best! He totally has our childs well being and saftey at heart.

If you are looking for a good lawyer at a fair price and one who will fight for you and that has a lot of experience then I recommend making a appointment they are quick to respond one of the best in my opinion
