I had the pleasure of speaking with Attorney David Coffin a few weeks ago in regards to a complicated issue I had filing my company's taxes in Delaware.
He was sharp, knowledgable, patient, and referred me to a wonderful accountant, even made a full introduction.
I was unable to begin because of monetary restraints.. however... listen to me when I say:
If you're looking for someone you can trust, it's David.
Hands down.
And there are many who should be unqualified (tax accountants as well) and it's a shame because you spend money in the wrong places thinking you're in the best hands and then you cant afford the right person....
So heed my warning, and stick with the good and the great guys.

David went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our many tax questions. He also said that he would be glad to help but we could save money and do it ourselves (how cool is that) then he gave us all the tips we would need. We also told him our plan for next year and he helped us set up a plan for our future!!! All of this with just one phone call!!! I contacted the office of David Coffin PLLC about a lingering tax situation. Very promptly, Alejo reached back out to discuss case. After gathering the facts, Alejo and his team began working to resolve the situation. I inquired if I needed to come to his office for "in person" sit down and he said it was not necessary, but if I prefer I was more than welcome. Many of my past experiences, the attorney always wants a meeting, hence costing time and money, but this was not the case here. All items were handled via e mail or a phone call.
As there were a couple of key dates/deadlines, I did not have to remind them as they posted on their calendar and handled situations according to timeline.
My case was resolved in a prompt and professional manner.
I would highly recommend Alejo and the firm of David Coffin PLLC.
