After quite a few thousand Dollars i could never get a phone call back. Had to drive down there just to get a response on how things were going. We ended up in court finishing things by ourselves for the original case and then for the second case of adoption they would never return phone calls. We paid up front and no one would respond to us for months. The adoption goes through and they are supposed to help get the new birth certificates which we decided at court the day of the adoption. I have left around 20 voicemails it’s been almost a year and I’m doing it on my own now. I would not recommend them.

David helped me out with a couple situations in family court, and his representation is top tier. Very knowledgable, professional, and refused to back down when it was time to fight for my rights. I would prefer him over anyone else to have in my corner. And Ericka his paralegal is as knowledgable as she is attentive. All around a strong legal team. Thanks again folks

This pos is a fake! Takes your money tells you he's gonna represent you goes to court once or twice after taking thousands then deny your calls let alone return them and fake medical issues never to be heard of again what a fake and a disgrace to judicial "System"

I have known Dave for about 25 or 26yrs and Erika, his paralegal for around 11yrs now. Any time that I needed representation during those years Dave has always been there for me and my family. All its ever taken on my part is a phone call. It's not easy putting trust into someone to represent you and go to battle for you over something that will either improve or make your life or your family's lives harder, but with Dave I do feel at ease and know for certain that he will do all that he can to obtain the best out come as possible for me. You can believe in his word when he says he will fight hard for you. When you walk through the door entering into the law office, you are greeted with a real smile and a sincere welcoming from Erika. If for some reason Dave isn't in the office, you can feel safe in talking with her and asking any questions you may have. Erika is very on top of making sure all is covered and is very experienced within the field. You can feel safe and trust that whatever information she provides to you will be correct. She and Dave make a great team together. Neither of them treats you as if you're not of importance and they both are very easy to talk to. They are REAL people. They understand life happens. David's Law Office is one of the most reputable and
top law offices around the Darke County area and its surrounding counties. David Rohrer will always first and foremost be my choice for obtaining any needed legal direction on something or legal representation through court proceedings.

If your looking for the best and honesty from an attorney David is your man. He won't waste your time or money. He got me through my divorce on top. Advised us on another situation with pure guidance and truth. Love this guy and his secretary Erica. They both are a great team and there for you every step of the way. We went to David for adoption of my 2 step grandchildren. David was very friendly, outgoing, honest with me, and responsive. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. His assistant Erica also very friendly and knowledgeable I was afraid I would get on their nerves because i called several times, but they assured me it was fine and to call any time.. I never felt discriminated, or dumb in any way, always respectful. He and Erica were always willing to help and i felt like they were truly on my side. i would recommend him for any type of business you need.

I first started using David when I needed to find an adoption lawyer. I called his office and talked to his assistant Erica, who is a sweetheart. They are both very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. I have continued using David after that because of how professional, kind hearted, down to earth he is.
