These girls are a major joke. Been here for an hour and they have helped 3 people. Really!! Then after sitting for an hour the worker wants to tell you "If you are only here for this and that then stand in this line and if not take a number"
I asked her to explain herself and she got short and snippy with me. If you dont like your job. Quit.
This is one of the easiest jobs known to man, you don't have to smile, treat the customer like dirt and they still get a pay check.. You dont have to have any kind of personality of customer service. They go slow intentionally here because they can.
The woman w/ the major attitude problem has dark straight hair, glasses, and is old...
They need to come clean house and get a new staff.... Asap!!

This is crazy. Been here for over half hour to renew my license. But people coming in for tags is getting in and out. This is so stupid. They don't need a number they just wait in a small line. And get served right away. Needs to go back the old way everyone takes a number. I am losing my patience really quick. I need to be at the hospital with my husband not standing waiting. And just an fyi i neex my license cause my husband wont be able to drive

Always very polite and expedient! Do not know if it’s been privatized like the BMV ( best thing they ever did), but whatever they are doing works! Thanks for making a somewhat confusing/stressful event easier!

Went today to get license stickers. They ran out of chairs for people waiting. Too much chatting. Waited an hour and finally got served. This is where old people go to die. Avoid this place like the plague. The BMW in Eaton is a model how a BMV office should be run. You've been warned.

Ample free parking and very courteous staff. I visited early and had no wait time. Did not have my checkbook or enough cash so used creditcard for payment with small fee. Overall very good experience!!

Great group of girls, really came thru durning these tuff times.🇺🇸 revisited 4/9/21 the girls are still working miracles and since they're not open a half a day on Saturday any more but make up for it Friday when the rush of last minute title changes, license renewal and new automobile tags seekers show up including me hoping for a place in line and like a fine tuned machine they always find a way to accommodate all.

I went in to get my new license today and they were honestly horrible. The lady was getting snippy with me and was being very rude. I get people can come in and not be nice but that doesn’t mean you should be. They made me cry and honestly that isn’t okay.

Not my 1st choice of places to visit but compared to the lexington ky DMV (what they call the BMV down there) y'all have shorter lines an friendlier workers... It wasnt to bad of a experience I must say...
