If you're in a bind, don't trust these guys. Literally blew me off and never got back to me until I had to reach back out myself. Drunk driver hit our uninsured car, so I'm sure it's a tough case, but they communicated pretty much nothing until they called to say the drunk driver's insurance never reached back out.

I'm sure they're great if you're insurance is good, but they sure ain't helping anyone else. Not to say I'm not irresponsible, but we reached out to them for help, they offered it, and did nothing. We could've spent that time finding people with actual backbone.
