My most recent visit to the CVS pharmacy was not thrilling. I've come to expect a lot from CVS, especially courtesy and respect. None of which was received on my most recent visit. If you choose to hire employees that don't care about their job, then you're going to suffer the consequences for it. It's time to move my prescriptions to a company that cares about me.

Keep being Great All Around at this store. Thank You for being the only place where I go to pick up my Prescriptions, and to get a $5.00 Reward after I fill 10, That's Awesome. Thank You for the Great Customer Service. It is also a Great Place to get your Vaccines. Just go to their website and make an appointment, then go to your time slot and they are very nice with you. I have had 3 vaccines done there and have had no problems. Thank You

Picked up a couple of prescriptions I had already called in. After arriving, I realized I had other prescriptions to add. No problem, team member went through my list of meds. and very courteously added the other meds. to my order. While I was there I decided I needed to get a couple of immunizations. Shingles shot, pneumonia and flu. No problem , we can also help you with that team member responded. Very caring, concerned and professional! Very pleased with my experience today, July 5, 2025.

Finally, a great pharmacy in Bullhead City. They have a very difficult job dealing with a broken healthcare and drug system. This store is well staffed with friendly customer service people.
