In six months I have called twice to request them help me. I have given them the necessary paperwork and they never called me back. We had a conversation and they Their customer service is lackluster and they do not follow up. Bottom line is this group is lackluster.

Exceptionally outstanding service from initial contact to closure of the estate probate process. Dave and Kristy made the process to settle the estate of our Dad easy to understand, seamless, as well as doing the professional probate "heavy lifting" to remove the burden of the unknown for our family in going through this for the first time. A+++ There were lots of new/unpleasant challenges in being the Executor to Mom's estate at her passing...but Dave Cusack and Kristy Mundell helped make much of the process go smoothly for me.

I found all of the following to be incredibly valuable to me during the probate process:
+ Patient answers to my many (sometimes repeated!) questions
+ Openly discussed/established reasonable fees that avoided a "meter running" feeling when I needed their help
+ Reliable responses and understandable explanations
+ Proactive guidance about topics/issues yet to be encountered
+ Extremely helpful referrals (estate banking, home clean-out, realtors, jewelry appraisal/sale, etc.)

I truly felt blessed to have Kristy helping/guiding me through the steps, transactions, and submissions needed to effectively complete the process in just over 6 months.

I absolutely recommend their services for anyone who needs to tackle probate.

I had a few unique challenges with getting things in proper order after my dad’s passing and in place for his spouse with Alzheimer’s including his OPM payments (and will, Trust, guardianship). Cusack and paralegal were instrumental in helping us successfully navigate all, including sale of home, vehicles and getting finances for aging spouse in order and in a timely manner. Calls were always answered and fees were reasonable. Definitely recommend.
