One of the most disorganized and chaotic places to work for ... Archaic app to use as tool of trade, schedules that change while out on the field, times allocated per job gets changed out on the job... It's not worth the minimum pay they give

Horrible company! I never make reviews but I had to this time in the chance that anyone thinking about going to this company or working for them sees this and stops. They're the most unorganized people in the world! All they do is screw you over with no communication and when you need any help or ask about anything they say they'll help you and yet never do. They also have no problem giving employee details to other employees now I have a man non stop texting me and annoying me. Crossmark has been my biggest waste of time to date I have see why they're always hiring as they don't care about their employees and don't do anything to help. Worst company of you want a real merchandising company go to Merchanding Providers Australia they actually care about their employees and get their jobs done.

They said that I'd be starting work next week, they told me to download all these apps and stuff, which I did. They were supposed to interview me yesterday at 4pm, but they did not. Now I can't get through to them on the phone. I guess they just wasted my time and got my hopes up for nothing.

And after being on hold for five minutes, the phone just hung up.
