They make you fill out a application before they help you and if people are not US citizens they will not help them at all.If you are then most of the time they will just advice you on what to do, other then that they don't do nothing at all. There excuse for that is no government funding, or they don't have the funds to help with that, any further or what ever they come up with. It just looks like they are more interested in finding a easy payday then really helping out people.?

NO stars. This place does not give a hoot about anyone who walks through that door seeking help.

Filled out an application, got a call, the receptionist took more of my personal info. I followed up, called and left messages. No response. Finally received a text stating that that they will not provide services for my housing concern, "due to office capacity and after reviewing my case." No one spoke to me about my case and the rejection took a week.

Exactly what others stated, they pawn you off to some other organization. This is great place if you would like to waste your time or to interact with a rude receptionist whose facial expressions and responses encapsulate whatever this place is doing: "eww you have a legitimate housing problem? well I don't give a ..."
