Great experience overall with Javier. He has been very supportive and has helped me understand each opened account I have to ensure accuracy, visibility and no confusion with the interest and overall totals. Javier is well experienced and knowledgeable in his field. I appreciate the customer services and professionalism. I have not always been supported by the agents in Salinas and Javier has changed my outlook to the Salinas branch.

Javier has been so understand and patient with my account. His communication has been good with answering all my questions regarding my account. I was able to take care of my balance. I would highly recommend talking to him, he was respectful and really did advocate for me. My case was a little difficult but he was able to help me figure it out.

I spoke with Javier Gomez today regarding a collection letter I received from an oral surgeon’s office. Javier was extremely helpful and kind, assisting me in adjusting the amount I owed, which was the result of an internal error at the oral surgeon’s office.

I believe the issue stemmed from the incompetence of their front office staff, which led to me being sent to collections. Despite only owing less than $100, the office continued to send me bills for over $380. Thankfully, with Javier’s help, the matter was resolved directly with the doctor, and I only paid the correct amount.

It's unfortunate that I was sent to collections in the first place, as I would have promptly paid the bill if I had received the correct invoice for $80.

I want to Thank Javier Gomez for his attentivness of taking care of my matter. I was shocked at how fast and aggresive he was on closing a wrongful account that had been sent to his office .His Manager and javier made sure to call me and let me know the whole time what was going on .
