My case was due to an auto collision which happened in the view of a security camera that recorded every detail and proved conclusively that the other driver was 100% at fault. At the age of 67 when it happened, it was the first accident I had ever been in,

Based on the commercials and reputation of Craig Swapp, I called them as soon as I got home from the emergency room.

I had assumed the settlement would be wrapped up as soon as I had recovered from my injuries plus a couple of months. It took 3 months before I felt back to normal. Little did I know that even though it wasn’t a big case that the offending driver’s insurance company (State Farm), was going to fight about every penny and stretch this out for a year and a half.

I am so glad I had my team of Mike Anderson and Blanca from Craig Swapp and Associates fighting for me until State Farm finally came around to our expectations of fairness and paid out.

Thank you Mike & Blanca for keeping on this case as if it were a huge case and not yielding until I was compensated fairly.

Well after a long and lengthy process my car accident case has been resolved. Length was to no fault of Craig Swapp, but because the opposing team was dragging there feet on responses & took there sweet time. Mike Anderson was my representative (i highly recommend) & he did a great job overall. Always communicating with me keeping me in the loop, timely responses when I reached out myself with questiones, & always made sure I understood the game plan & was where I needed to be at the right time.
