This was absolutely the worst experience, They were well aware that the last time my ex and I had spoken was when She was charged with domestic violence for going psychotic on my siblings and I a day after my mother passed, and there is still an active protection order, Laura did nothing when she totally dominated the conversation yelling and screaming making false accusations hardly any of it involving our son, to the point I had to stand up, declare I'm done and I'll see you in court, started walking toward the elevator realized I forgot my Jacket turned back around while my ex ran upto me saying obscenities and threatened me. Still nothing from Laura, I called there main office and was told there is nothing they can do since it all confidential And was asked, but did you come to an agreement? Extremely unprofessional, isn't that there job, to keep things from getting to that point via the word mediate. Not to mention you witnessed a tpo violation but won't report because of confidentiality. I Gave one star based soley upon the fact that she showed up.

I had mediation with this service nearly a year ago because of harassment myself and new spouse were receiving from my ex of almost 10 years ago. Chris Delfavero was our mediator and he started the session by not letting my spouse, a medical doctor, participate in mediation. He then proceeded to suggest my spouse was giving medical advice harmful to our child which I share custody with. He could not give substantiated reasons of why this could be, nor would he let my spouse answer to these outrageous and defamatory accusations. Within days of the mediation my ex posted his statements online which led to multiple documented homicidal threats against myself and spouse. During this time we were pregnant with our first child together. I have reached out to see why our session was not kept confidential as he said it would but have not heard back. Its been nearly a year at the time of this writing. I only write this so others know to not expect a fair and private mediation with this service and to be aware of what could happen. Further research and ratings from his peers show similar low scoring reviews.

This service only acted to escalate matters. Law-enforcement is much more professional and efficient when one party is clearly out of line.
