Client reminders reduce no-shows and the client self-booking feature means less time on the phone negotiating a convenient time. There are no limits on sessions, claim filing, or card processing and they don't charge any additional costs for anything - you only have to pay the membership fee.
It's a lot to take in a first because you have so much freedom over how the system is set up for your practice, but your personal account manager can walk you through the whole process, and they'll be your point person anytime you have a question or need help - much more comforting than a toll-free help line. No one else does all that they do, as securely as they do, for the affordable price that they do, and still cares so much about their members' satisfaction - I saw another site even use Counsol in its Google ad pretending to be them.
