Wonderful experience! Fast, responsive, organized and kind. I would continue to utilize and recommend this business in the future for sure! We are a military fam who were purchasing a home out of state. She was the saving grace in a stressful escrow process. She supported us in rescheduling 2 times due to escrow delays and when we reached out for the final closing window, we had less than 24 hours, due to another lender snafu. She was gracious and pulled through last minute! The papers came by fedex at noon and she was at our home by 5! She makes the process smooth, calm and reassuring. We were confident about mailing back our papers because we knew she had done her job effectively and checked everything over for us. Closed on time and all thanks to Maria!

Maria is AMAZING. Contacted her early one morning, had a tiny window of availability, I was slow to commit to the time as I wasn't sure when everyone needed for signatures would be available. She was prompt, patient as we were running late on having things printed, and so kind! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I found out on the morning of December 30th that I needed to sign and UPS some real estate documents and that they needed to be notarized. As I called the usual places and no one was answering I started to worry if I would make the deadline. Maria picked up on the first ring and was at my house forty minutes later.
