This is not a place to get your business cards done or vinyl stickers. There are errors constantly And the owner refuses To correct the errors And still charges the customer then accuses of them of being Disrespectful when they are upset about the product. Cards are misaligned and vinal stickers were different size fonts. Ordered the stickers on Monday to be picked up on Friday. After i had someone go in twice on Friday found out at 215 pm that they hadn't even be started. Received phone call at 410 pm Friday to pick the order up. Owner knew that that was not possible because I was out of town and my helper was at their job by that time. The stickers were for a important event on Saturday. When I was able to get the stickers a week and a half later I noticed the font size error and immediately called but he owner was not available. Upon calling again after the weekend I spoke to the owner and she accused me of being disrespectful and hung up. I feel that I was disrespected by receiving product that is incorrect and loosing money also. I would consider another printer company if possible.

I am a music teacher, and I hardly ever have time to make my own copies of images, cards, etc. that I use in my teaching. I have gone to Copy Cats on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed with the results. The staff are friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they are FAST! I’ve never waited longer than 10-15 minutes, even when it’s a complicated job. Most recently, I had small posters printed, and I was so happy with the results! If you are in need of great quality copies, I highly recommend using Copy Cats.

I'm thoroughly confused. I went there today, I needed something printed out really quick. There's cars in their lot and I see people inside, and people coming out of the building. I walk up to the door and the door is locked, even though I see a lady taking down Christmas lights, I see a man, presumably a customer, waiting at the counter. The woman taking down the Christmas lights unlocks the door and snaps at me that she's not open, and I'm like "oh, your sign says M-F 11-5?" (It's Tuesday 3pm) She again snaps at me that her sign says she's closed for the NY holiday 1/1 & 1/2, and points to a sign that is WAY up at the top of the door, only someone who is 6ft+ would be able to see. I'm 5'5, not typically looking at the top of doors for business operating hours.
Anyway, my issue is she got so snippy with me, if she didn't want to explain to people that she's closed, she should move the sign down to eye level so people will see it and BE NICER to potential customers!! It's not like there's not a ton of copy and print places for us to choose from. I won't spend my money where people are not warm and friendly.
And I still don't understand the thing about customers being in the store if you're closed. Make up your mind if you're open or not. Just a weird interaction. From now on, I'll just go somewhere else

The owner is rude, but Harvest Printing was much better, took care of my needs in half the time at half the price.

I was passing through Anderson when I realized I needed to have something printed ASAP. Copy Cats was the first Google search result for “self printing near me” and they seemed legit so I called to see if I could email a file over for printing and find out approximately how long it would take.

The woman that answered (Allison I believe) was super nice and gave me their email address to send it over. After I emailed it, I called her to confirm receipt and she asked if I wanted her to cut/separate the individual designs. I said yes and asked when they would be ready. She told me 2.5 hrs. but I needed them sooner (within 20-40 mins) so I told her that it was fine if she didn’t have time to cut them.

I came by 40 minutes later and not only were they printed and cut, she had wrapped them in protective plastic too. The price was very reasonable - about $13 for 30 full color copies and 2 cuts per page.

I would print here again if I’m in the area!

Clean, friendly business that can get you a notarized document on walk-in! The ladies at this shop were friendly and the costs for services are inexpensive compared to other copy shops/mobile notaries.
I will absolutely refer others here.

GET THIS.....I had to fill out a stack of very important papers and send them to the Social Security Office in Sacramento, and I had to send them in before the deadline. So, I filled out these papers, about ten to be exact. And it took me two days to get all the information together in order to fill these papers out. After getting these papers filled out, in order to get them turned before the deadline I faxed them in. I took them to a place called Copy Cats in Anderson and it cost me almost ten dollars to fax all of these papers. They gave me a receipt, and a confirmation number showing that in fact the papers were faxed.
I thought great I got that done, took a sigh of relief and went home and threw the papers and receipt in the trash. I shouldn't have. And usually I don't throw such things out, but I did this time thinking I was done with it.
The garbage man came the next day and halled off the garbage.
Well today the Social Security Office called me and asked me why I faxed them a bunch of blank pieces of paper. The Social Security Office is upset with me now because they think I am trying to pull a something over on them.
AURGUE! Then I realized that I paid almost ten dollars to have Copy Cats fax these important papers and they only faxed blank pages.
Anyway, I went into Copy Cats today and explained what happened and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that they can't even give me my money back.
I have posted this on Facebook too.
