Dolores jumped in after I fired my first attorney who was completely incompetent (looking at you Goldberg Jones). She got more done in one week than the other attorney had done in three months. She and her staff kept me constantly up to date on the status of my case, what I needed to do next, and how best to proceed. If you have never experienced unprofessionalism please call this firm and speak with Crystal or Darlene.

I called to this firm about a case of mine and was met with just that by Crystal. Not sure how long she has been doing her job for but when a person like myself can come in and absolutely do it better job than her it says something. I asked her if she was a representation of that company, being the one answering the phone, she said yes.

Long story short I tried to speak with Darlene about Crystal and she was very unprofessional as well. So much so that she hung up on me. At no point did I yell, scream or act unprofessional myself.

Both Darlene and Crystal without consulting anyone else said they will not take my case and no one will call me back. Guess your firm is doing that well that they can not even hear a case and have two of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a long time say no to me.

I would suggest using another firm because if those two are a representation of the lawyers there, which they both said they are, then the Lawyers are probably are just as bad.
