Consulting Optical Shop has some great eyeglass frame choices that you can't find at other retailers. In addition, the process of picking out and purchasing new glasses was excellent and the Optician I initially worked with was pleasant, professional and very helpful. I purchased a very nice pair of glasses, but was disappointed with the pick up process. The person I saw seemed disinterested in helping me and even though I felt that the glasses were blurry for distance, she was dismissive about it. There was no real discussion about fit and it definitely took away from the satisfaction that I previously felt with my experience here. I felt as if I was an inconvenience and it wasn't a pleasant visit. I think I would be unlikely to return to this business.

Fantastic! I haven’t experienced customer service like I received from Francis Blanco in years. Francis went above and beyond not only with offering me great eye glass options but help me solve an insurance billing issue which saved me over $500. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I offered to write a review after my experience at Consulting Optical Shop. I have had the occasion to require many visits to "buy glasses", but this was by far the best experience I've had. This was due to the assistance of Brian, a very knowledgable sales attendant. Never seeming to lose focus of the job at hand, he was determined to provide the best possible feed back in an area he was well-versed. His comments were thoughtful and well articulated. As a visual artist, it was a comfort to have his level of sophisticated feed back, better than a best friend, as least for this task. Thank you Brian!

Brenda Bedard was so professional and knowledgeable. She was very kind and patient listening to my needs. I found a frame I liked but thought it was a little too dark for me, so she ordered one of the same company that was lighter and she thought was better for me, no strings attached. It was perfect and I ended up buying it. I was very impressed with her and will definitely go back in the future.

Sharon Dion was WONDERFUL!!! So helpful & knowledgeable. I was by myself & it was nice to have someone there to give me honest advise on how the frames looked. She didn't push more expensive frames. She was great with explaining progressive frames. I will absolutely go to Sharon whenever I need new glasses. She is a true delight.

I met with Sharon yesterday - who was so wonderful, very patient 🙂 and kind. I have a lot of weird visual issues and getting glasses that work has not been easy in the past. She was just awesome. I happened upon this gem of a place, by accident, a few years ago. And now- I’d never think of going anywhere else for my eyewear. They are efficient, and totally on top of their game. They have a great selection of frames, and they know how to measure accurately! Sharon, and the entire team are professional, and also fun! They each can guide you with great expertise. I can’t say enough good things about them.
