Marianna takes my Bernard-from-Black-Books style of financial management and somehow alchemises it into something balanced and legible, so I won't have to be looking over my shoulder to make sure the tax department isn't coming after me for accidentally butchering my books.

On top of really knowing her numbers, she takes the time to see you as a person, not merely as a client; learns about your history and life circumstances, makes suggestions for optimisation, and accommodates questions and discussions throughout the financial year.
