Its been about 2 years that our business has been using ConnectPay. I was a bit skeptical when my CPA decide to use this out source company. I can say it has been such a pleasant transition. My payroll specialist has been Haley and she has been such a delight to work with. Haley is prompt to get back with me with any questions i might have by phone or email. Their portal is so easy to use. With out doubt its been a great company.

I have known Melissa for many, many years as she was my rep at a prior payroll company. After Melissa left we just did not get the best quality of service. So, I was on a quest to find Melissa. I found her on an outside app and switched companies to Altitude, now Connect Pay. We are back to getting the best service ever! Don't you ever leave again!

I love how responsive ConnectPay is. I'm never on hold or having to go through long automated systems. Even if my account manager isn't available, someone is who can help me. I don't think I've ever had an issue they couldn't provide a solution for (even if it is a creative one).
