Jacey always responds to my texts within a short amount of time, and can usually solve my laptop issues over the phone by using remote access or can meet me within a day or so. He's so patient with my total lack of technical capability. I trust him completely with any of my computer/printer problems! He's the BEST!! 10 STARS!!

I was in situation where important files were on my computer and my hard drive broke. After giving my computer to Jaycee, he called me 15 minutes later telling me what was wrong and how he could fix it. He was able to retrieve my old files as well as replace the hard drive. If it wasn't for Jaycee I wouldn't have been able to retrieve my old files. Jaycee is a wonderful person and I would highly recommend him for anything computer related.

Jaycee provides fast, outstanding service at an affordable price. Before you haul your computer all the way to Butte, only to be told that Microsoft no longer supports that software, try Computer Solutions. Jaycee is highly competent, fast and will take the time to explain things to you so that you understand. He restored my old Windows 7 model to like-new. I prefer my Windows 7 model to my wife's Windows 10 model, so I am very pleased to be able to continue using mine. The competition just told me it was time to buy a new computer!

In addition, Jaycee is a very pleasant person to deal with.
