My practice focuses on representing small to mid-size business. While larger organizations maybe able to absorb the cost of litigation my clients could not afford the enormous cost of productions involving ediscovery and were often forced to settle disputes or face financial hardships that often resulted in losing their business. I am happy to report that the six times I used GDF I received professional and prompt service that was as high in quality, if not of higher quality than the large firms I had used in the past. Bob and Dave help my clients and I navigate the slippery slopes of ediscovery making successfully litigating on the facts rather than technicalities a reality, for this I am grateful. I would recommend this firm whole heartedly to anyone facing litigation and ediscovery issues.

I had been involved in a lawsuit for a few years, a really bad situation, and I had brought my cell phone to a couple of companies. I have to say, New York Forensics was pretty easy to deal with. The service was great, I spoke with Joe and Joe and they were very experienced. They got deleted text messages from my cell phone and a lot of deleted files and emails from my iMac. I would recommend talking to Joe and Joe they were great to deal with and made the best of teh situation. Thanks!

My husband had just started working for a company that did auto repossession while training for the job he was murdered by the auto owner.. I impatiently waited 18 months for the trail and sentencing to be done for his phone to be returned back to me.. He had just purchased a Galaxy 5s and he used his finger print to unlock it. He had made a numeral password for me to access the phone so when the phone is given back to me I was so excited because I waited for so long to have it I wanted to see our pictures and videos and also I wanted to know what his last seconds minutes were like I wanted to know if he had taken any pics or videos before... So when I turned the phone I came across that I neede his finger print or password so I typed the number he had given me but nothing happens it says it's incorrect.. I tried and tried and nothing at this point I'm starting to get upset because I waited for so long to have it and now that I had it I couldn't access it so thoughts are just running in my head but despite all those thoughts inside of me The Holy Spirit told me "He's going to Glorify His Name" I felt peace and drove home. I contacted the detective who worked on my husbands case to know if maybe they had access it so he could tell me how to but he said they didn't and suggested me to find a company that can collect phone data so I prayed to The Lord to help me find a company that could help me I started googling it and I called three and places and they told me they couldn't but the last one tells me find a forensic company so I prayed Jesus please help me find a company that can help me and I found Global Digital Forensics. I cant remember if the guy who answered gave me his name but I wish I knew to thank him too. I told him the story then he tells me to hold on then he puts another person on the line Mr Cimino and tells me they can help me and offers to do it for free.. I was beyond excited I couldn't believe it because only God knew i didn't have the money for this.. He told me to pay for shipping. I did get a little concerned because I was afraid I wouldn't get the phone back (it's a very valuable phone to me) but I prayed & left it in God's hands. I received the phone back in like a week and a half UNLOCKED and I was able to see our pictures and two last videos that my husband recorded before passing away.. I give the Glory to God and I thank Global Digital Forensics for being such a blessing to my life. May The Lord bless you all !! Thank You Jesus and thank you !!!

No report provider for the past month! Charging extra money using the situation! Dishonest! Unprofessional, old equipment, $395 per hour!!? Very dishonest people! Tricky contracts. Be ware! Don't trust these guys. Do yourself a favor and find others!
