This Campbell office is terrible customer service. I left my name and number for someone to call me me back. I missed a call the next day , and when I called back , they said the call was a mistake. So no one is gonna adress my question , I asked. What was your question, was the receptionists answer.

Estos ineptos de Computax jodieron nuestras declaraciones 2019 quienes escribieron mal el apellido de mi esposa y eso nos ha traído problemas con el IRS, recibiendo notificaciones y comparecencias, llenándonos de stress, permisos de trabajo y hasta la pérdida del estímulo económico del gobierno de $1200. El inoperante preparador de impuestos que hacemos responsable de este gran error es al agente JAIME de la oficina de Campbell California. Son unos incapaces! No recomiendo este lugar para hacer sus taxes.
