I often go here for regular screenings as required by my employer. The staff at this location is honestly not in the least bit friendly and often even rude. The first time was scheduled to be screened, no one was at the front desk but you could hear the two wemom chatting In the back over another tester who had just walked out. They were Publically making fun of her without knowing it, as there were 3 other men waiting for someone to show up at the front desk. So the receptionist came up to the desk she was blunt and impatient and her attitude continued all the way through the process. Not friendly at all like I said and seemed disgusted with every step of the process making large sighs and "ugh" sounds. When it came to sitting down and signing, the middle aged girl was still displaying her attitude.

Basically, its annoying enough to go here in order to prove you're not a low-life heroin or meth user, but your still going to have to deal with an unprofessional complainy staff with no social skills at all.

Have a good time

My daughter had to go there to do a UA for her nursing school requirements. Only reason we even sent her there was because we only had two options in town. She had to sit 40 minutes. Front desk staff are extremely rude stating, "take a seat, it's going to be a while!" Obviously this place isn't run very well at all. I would not recommend wasting your time to go here if you need a pre-employemnt screening fulfilled.

My visit at Compliance One lasted no longer than 10 min. I was in and out really quick and the manager Donna was extra friendly and informative about the process. You guys deserve 5 stars for that type of service!! Thanks a lot!!
