Working with Tammy Boone and her office ladies was a nightmare. We used them when we first went into business and didn’t know any better. Very rude every time we would call with a question and the owner Tammy was the worst. Arrogant attitude, isn’t it their job to have answers? Im pretty sure that’s what they are paid for. She has an excuse for everything and was miserable to have any conversation with. Also after we switched to a different company we discovered there were several issues with the Clearinghouse due to their lack of information on our behalf.
