David built our home in Silverthorne. It was a great experience and he delivered a great product on time and within budget. David delivered a home with a Home Energy Rating System score of 49, 51% better than minimum code for energy. David also recommended and delivered an in-floor radiant heat system with a fully-distributed, heat-recovery fresh air system. David was also instrumental in allowing for our home to be built with a bonus room in lieu of crawl space and avoiding the clay soils found greater than 8' depth. His experience with this type of work was extremely helpful. In the end he built our home for under $200 per square foot, which is almost unheard of in Summit County. After living in the home for a year we are extremely pleased and have had very low energy bills considering the harsh climate.

David helped improve the energy efficiency, and road noise issue when my townhome’s older windows needed replacement. I also had him install a Broan HRV to improve indoor air quality, and additional attic insulation. I’m very happy with all these improvements, and the total was about the same as a different quote for windows only. David and his team were great to work with. Thanks!!
