I have to say when I googled them in law and this particular attorney appeared I was skeptical. After 4 to 6 months of working with Luis Ramirez, everything was as it appeared in Google. I can’t thank Luis enough for his follow-through and communication along the way, he always treated me with respect and fought hard for me. Rick Wynkoop knows the laws regarding the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. I was unfortunately taken advantage of by a large well-known dealer who did not get my car financed for two months and then tried to backpedal. Rick worked with me, patiently, as I was frazzled and frustrated from being lied to. In the end, he was absolutely spot on and I received a settlement.
If I had to do this whole thing over again (never!) I would've learned to sit back and trust him. He knows his stuff!

So long story short, I purchased a vehicle from a larger dealership and a few days later the sales person calls me and says the I need to come in and sign some new paperwork as there was some type of error on the ones i had already signed. I thought that they were going to try and gouge me for more money because the way the sales person came across on the phone. So i decided to look for legal help and came to Wynkoop Office and spoke with Rick. He looked over my paperwork and within 5 minutes he found the issue the dealership was talking about! They made an honest mistake on the dealer rebate and wasnt trying to do anything but get it corrected. Thanks again Rick, saved me a massive headache! I found Rick a couple years ago when a car dealership tried to pull one over on me. I was 19 & a female looking for something fun, this salesman conned me & even texted, asking for more money to bribe this bank. That was ENOUGH with these people, so my mom found Rick and I'm telling you, within 6 months, it was over. I got my money back plus some, Rick left happy & I now call this man for everything!
