You sign my death warrant by giving him a slap on the wrist with that plea deal. You and the judge signed my death warrant, I have two new open cases I moved changed my phone number I've done everything that I can do and you still keeps fighting me. I was told that for the two years that he was on probation he would have the GPS monitor on. And I talked to Brenda and she said *sorry for the misunderstanding." Do better next time. Your name is going right underneath mine on my tombstone along with Brenda.

Now that my charges are cleared, I have a strong urge to speak directly with my prosecutors (district attorney) whom allowed my ex to lie on a report, and still pursue me with a list of lies that were never properly investigated on 2 occasions. I’m highly disappointed in the professional due process or willingness to investigate before prosecution begins on the innocent.

A gang of thugs who enforce their own rules they make up to fund their tyranny. Don't actually serve the public and have no interest in the safety of the people they claim to serve. Their values are based on " you violated a law that we made up so we are gonna charge you money for breaking it...don't wanna give us money? OK we get to lock you in a cage for not giving us money..don't want us to take your freedom or spend years in a cage? Now we are justified in using deadly force to kill you for not giving us money. This is the escalation of force policy in place for these pirates to continue funding their thugs and extorting people out of their incomes. They protect their interests and serve their oligarchs.

The assistant district attorney lied actually lied to the judge regarding a case against my daughter who was innocent. My daughter was bullied into accepting a plea bargain because of the atrocious conduct by the assistant district attorney.

Kayla Wildeman roams these hallways as she gloats and punches down while inflating her ego at the expense of 4 deaths and an man receiving a 110 year prison sentence. She exemplifies everything wrong with our judicial system: she prosecuted punitively while snarks cheer for the accomplishment of sending another victim of terrible circumstance. Rogel Aguilera-Mederos Is not a danger to the world; Kayla Wildeman is the clear danger to the public, because she too will do anything in her power to see you locked away while she commemorates her efforts with a trophy.

Dismissed case without speaking to victim/ witness after a year and then stating they didnt have enough evidence when they had plenty of time to get in contact. Very frustrating how they just blew the witness/victim over and basically let the defendant get away with DUI charge

The d.a I had in district 11 Amanda was absolute garbage. They kept finding ways to violate my probation. How is one to take a u.a every week, be at 3 classes a week that cost 75 bucks each and maintain steady employment when the classes and u.a,s cost so much time and money.? When you bring it to their attention they basically tel you its your problem. I transferred my parole out of state Im off next month had 0 violations and only take 1 drug test a month. Karen knickenbocker was the only public defender with a brain that actually would fight for us. Judge Woodford was the only judge who used sense. The rest of them are absolutely petty, I don't know if they got bad home lives or got bullied a children especially that d.a Amanda in district 11 but they always seem like they hate themselves and they come in there trying to do the worst to others. I can't express how easy parole is where I am and if you end up in their courts Im so sorry they focus on convictions not justice at all. My ex wife lied about so much when I was in trouble. Theyre 1 way protection orders are crazy it allows the "victim" to harass you and if you say a word your back in jail. Jefferson county district attorneys are absolute garbage and a joke to any real law enforcement , human being or people in general.

District Attorney, Police, Courts, and Public Defenders all work together for for better arrest and conviction rates. In the Judicial system that's what's needed for financial gain, promotion, power, and prestige. So it's in their best interest to take advantage of the citizens. Police lie, falsifying, fabric, or exaggerate witness or their statements and reports. They look for any possible reason to take somebody, anybody in. For better arrest, credit, promotion, and financial gain. District Attorney's catagorize and place you into the harshest crime catagory they can fit you in. No matter how it affects the outcome of your life in the future. It looks better for their convictions, level and rates. Which means credit, financial gain, power, and prestige. Maybe equals to a better Title like Judge. Public Defenders don't defend people at all. They don't care about what you have to say or know. They work for the Prosecutors to hurry and push you through and into the system.They compete for the next District Attorney's position. And Judge's cast down sentancing only looking at these facts. And suppress the information from the latter. There are not enough DA's and Public Defenders to see every case thoroughly. With Focus and Humanity. They lost theirs. The whole system is flawed and they know and take advantage of it. For Financial Gain, Promotion, and Title. The Blueprints to their Success. Over The rest of Humanity, their lives, and livelihoods. Real Criminals.
