Our mediation was over child custody and our mediator, Peggy Evans , who told us she is “supposed to remain neutral” completely favored mother in our case. She was absolutely not neutral and she inappropriately tried to help mother gain an advantage through suggestive comments and showing blatant bias throughout our meeting. Complete waste of time and money and now back to court with nothing resolved.

This office is a joke!! I was treated like garbage, even to the point of Kate hanging up on me and refusing to allow me to speak to her manager! If you have ANY other options than dealing with ODR take that route! All your going to find here is people unwilling to do their job.

The office of Dispute Resolution is probably the most cost-effective place to get your domestic case resolved. They have a great group of mediators with tons of experience and they are at least 30% cheaper than many of the alternative mediators out there. I have never experienced an unprofessional mediation with ODR and they always seem very fair and respectful to the parties who are going through so much.

Working with Debbie B. filling in for
Shannon Spence. I’ve waited for a return call for over a month. I’ve called emailed and get nothing but voicemails and emails. This is the most confusing and frustrating thing I have dealt with. A 30 second phone call would fix everything. This is what happens when a service is mandatory. Horrible service.
