Hours of operation are wrong. They open at 9:30 as posted on their door the website Google and even DHL shows that at 9 AM. Boo.update the day of. The operator showed up at 10am. Do your business somewhere else you have choices. The way that they keep this property you can tell they don’t care.

This store is the perfect place to ship, print and get copies. I have been coming here since I moved to The Colony, 2 years ago, and I have always had great experiences. Their prices are lower compared with other stores, it’s is very close to my house, and the customer service is great. The young lady that works there is super friendly, kind, and very helpful. I frequent this store mainly to print and get copies for my college assignments, and this lady always receives me with the best attitude and she even give me advices and guides me when I have to do something new. I highly recommend this place!!!

As far as you can.
Trust me, you DO NOT want these people to handle your mailbox.
The lady who is there often is the owner's daughter. He is alright, but he is barely there.
I know she responsible to sort the coming in mail. I never got any mail even though I know for sure I was suppose to receive some tax documents, and a letter regarding my business trademark registration.
She "lost" all of it, and I am pretty sure she was disposing it intentional. There is no way I never got any mail from two different government offices.
She start mumbling some ridiculous excuses and said she never received anything.

Also, when packages arrive to their address, if they are close at that time, the carrier leaves it at a nearby pizza store.
They only open at 9am. I once had a box with expensive items, waiting for me at that pizza place, where anyone could have grab and take off. I picked it up and left, and no one asked me anything (obviously it I not their business, so why would they).
I am pretty sure this type of business practice is illegal too.
Bottom line: unprofessional, rude, and careless - stay away.

I see you guys responded so... there is nothing to "investigate". Your practice is illegal, first by disposing people's personal mail, and the second is that you allow another business to handle your customers packages.

With my small business, I print and ship with this establishment and have gone in several times since last year. The older gentleman and his sons are very accommodating, nice, and efficient. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them. However, there are two females (one young and one older) who probably I would say have given my husband and I the worst customer service we have ever received. Both of them (on several occasions) are not only rude and unfriendly but also act like you are bothering them when you walk in. Those two don’t give receipts and when you ask for one, they act like is hugest deal and a big bother for them to print one out for you. We are all about supporting small businesses and we will continue to support this one ONLY because we like the older man and his sons. They deserve our support.

I’m here, Friday 12/22 9:49am I drove far to pick up a package and no one is here. If you say you are open, then be open. Now I have to drive here again and maybe it will be open maybe it won’t. I guess it’s whenever they feel like keeping to the schedule.

I have been trying to pick up a package for several days now. They are always closed even though their store hours ON the door state they should be open. (opening hours online don’t even match opening hours on door).
Standing in front of their door at 9:45 am even though the “open end” at 9am. Ridiculous- I just want my package.
