I am continually blown away at the service from Cohen Law Firm. David has been professional, fair and extremely responsive to any contract revisions. He has designed an industry accepted standard for contracts, given great advice in negotiations, expressing his professional opinion, yet allowing for the flexibility of our unique situation. No pressure, just solid advice as we have navigated this new and daunting process.
I would very highly recommend David and Cohen Law Firm, there really is no reason to look elsewhere!

I have been referred to Mr. Cohen by a friend who happened to buy a practice at the same time. David was so professional and knew well about dental business and office acquisitions. I have really enjoyed working with David Cohen. He is very down-to-earth. I spent weeks calling different attorneys, even at a national level, to find the best option, and David Cohen was the best attorney for my situation. He was really Johnny on the spot. I was acquiring a business (dental office) that was a very complex situation. He worked tirelessly to help me have all the legal documents arranged before the end of the fiscal year. I had the best experience possible. My attorney was there for me 24/7 trough weekends, evenings, and he even continued to work trough his family vacation. My practice purchase was a very difficult case, nearly hopeless, and he made it possible. I am convinced I received an amazing value for a very reasonable fee.
