Three of the workers were playing on their phones, one was eating at her desk, and when I provided documentation the lady stated she was unable to help me, and that I needed additional information, yet the information was visible. Very frustrating experience.

No problems to speak of. Went to tag a vehicle. Line was short, moved quickly, lady that helped was very pleasant. She answered all my questions, and was very nice about explaining a few things. All and all a good experience.

Disappointed! The first lady that I spoke with, was rude. The second lady was very nice. Wish that their employees would remember that they are people also. And without costumers, they would not have jobs!
