Brandon Coate was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used him for a traffic issue. I was told he was quick, professional and very good at his job. I was trying to find a lawyer for my grandmas estate and he went above and beyond what I expected to get it settled.
I was told by so many people it would cost thousands of dollars and take many months to get this estate settled. I live in Miami - the estate was Montgomery and I am a nurse in Darke county, so the travel was getting to be a lot.
Time was anything but an issue with Mr. Coate, I spent more time trying to find a proper lawyer verse him filing to close it out. My husband and I couldn’t be more thankful for his services. We will continue to use his firm for anything that we can. We had to come back after an issue with the mortgage being paid off and he handled a really big deal in a matter of days and made sure no further issues could come back on my husband and I. I strongly urge you to trust this law office and give them a call if needed.
His receptionist was always so kind and helpful. Mr. Coate is prompt with emails. Quick with communication and he flexible to schedule with. His offices are easy to get to and very nice. My mother in law worked for the city and has always heard such good thing about Brandon and his family. The Sheafer family highly recommends Mr. Brandon Coate!

Coate Law is the practice of sole practitioner Brandon Coate, and it is extremely well-managed, professional, and covers a broad range of legal topics. Mr Coate is highly knowledgeable, thorough, ethical, and yet is also empathetic and makes addressing situations which are quite difficult both personally and legally (such as the death of a parent and handling probate) seem a bit less daunting.

After going into a free consultation, I was completely disappointed. I was treated with a passive manner that belittled me and what I'm going through. I would not recommend women, especially young women, to go in for help. The misogynistic manner of the attorney I spoke with completely disappointed me. I receive many phone calls every day from telemarketers and missed when the attorney called, they sent a letter and I was able to call them back. After politely calling them back, I was told "I don't know why you even bothered coming in" by the attorney I spoke with. Completely disappointed in the treatment I recieved in the office and on the phone. I took my services to Shipman in Troy.
