It is a very secure building, which is terrific for people working there. If you are a customer trying to access anything above the mall level, you'll need to go to the central desk by "Syrup" & talk to the gentleman in the suit & tie standing there to get elevator access. We were instructed to speak to "someone wearing black", but neither of the 2 employees wearing black were able to assist us. The less than effective instructions earns the 4 vs 5 stars. Coan, Payton & Payne have a good group of lawyers, paralegals, ECT. The receptionist was cooly professional, but we did get to the appropriateeetimg room.
