RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! As everyone has mentioned, Nirvana was amazing! However, I believe she too had her limits with dissatisfied customers and unethical business practices as she informed me that she has left the company! They strung me along for 2 years trying to get onto an insurance panel. I've called Calvin, emailed him and NOTHING! Its sad to see black businesses fail but you have to have some integrity or people will out you. $370 and nothing to show for it. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY WILL ROB YOU.

We found out that my initial application was not rejected as I prior thought so although I did not utilize his full services as I had planned as it was not needed, he was extremely helpful and provided me with the clarity I was seeking. Clientfit is Unfit.

I used Clientfit for almost 18 months for medical billing, Calvin Clienfit's rate was 5% which I thought was a good rate because I was use to paying 8%. Well… you get what you pay for, the claims were never filed on time. For the last 4-6 months I worried every pay period if I would have enough money for payroll. My Clinic saw lots of patients but the money wasn't there because Calvin Clinenfit was not filing claims on time. I would call numerous times and send emails asking where's the money. I had to take a loan out to keep from going bankrupt. After research we discovered that there were "hundreds" of claims waiting to be filed. This incident continued to happen frequently. I’m not even going to mention over charging and not providing readable invoices but that’s not all ……… The whole time that we spent with Calvin Clinentft (ALMOST 18 MONTHS)he never ONCE sent out a bill to our patients. Calvin Clientfit is by far the worst billing company do not use them. Lastly he had the nerve to be shocked when we told him that we would not be needing his services anymore. If you use Calvin Clienfit for your billing you will be asking WHERE’S THE MONEY!!!!!!

Three weeks after paying Calvin at ClientFit to do insurance credentialing, I tried multiple times to contact him. Once I did get him, he informed me that he was taking care of everything and it would be between 4-6 months for the process to be complete, which after talking to other professionals in the field, is not accurate since I was already credentialed and just needed a provider change of address. I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right after reading some other negative reviews and contacted each and every insurance company I contracted with to check up on the progress. None of them had had any communications with Calvin or anyone from ClientFit. I immediately sent him an email about my findings and requested a complete refund. Haven’t heard from him since. Don’t waste your money.
