Dr. Henderson is a wonderful eye doctor. We had tried another place in town due to insurance issues, but found that place to be less friendly and less accommodating. Now that my insurance has changed again, and aligns with ClearSite Vision, I'm thrilled to bring the whole family back in. Love the new location as well. Very cozy, with a nice, historical downtown vibe.

I had a wonderful experience here with my 8-year-old daughter. She enjoyed all parts of her vision exam and had fun with the staff.

The technology was really modern and her glasses are great quality. I definitely recommend this practice. Their new downtown office is beautifully rennovated and the owners have made a positive contribution to Chillicothe's downtown. I will be moving our whole family to Dr. Henderson.

Had problems with a couple staff. I will pick up my glasses and I hope they were fixed correctly, then I will find someone else. I had no problem at all with Dr Henderson. Very nice and understanding. I hope i wasn't treated by the staff badly because of my finances. They were paid!

My son got fantastic treatment here. I am blessed with 20 20 vision so I didn’t need any service 🙂. I have had the pleasure of getting to know these amazing folks for a while and they have treated my family and myself like gold. I am blessed to know them. Go and give them a shot.

The staff is courteous, efficient and helpful. The eye exam is thorough and professional. ClearSite Vision is everything I want in eye care: the best possible care! It's a bonus that there are fashionable frame options, fun people and a great atmosphere.

You aren't told ahead of time, but if you are more than 10 minutes late you won't be seen. One time they worked me in because I got lost, and ordered me 2 new pair of glasses I couldn't even see out of. After we went a round or two, they ordered me new glasses that fit. They changed locations and of course I was late, and of course they wouldn't see me. I had had enough and so yesterday I just walked out. The girls out front treat you like dirt.

Poor quality leans and customer service. Had a pair of glass for 10 months before coating on lens started failing. They refuses to replace the lens because I didn't purchase uv coating. Not wise they just lost 5 accounts for not backing the product they sell. I've had glasses for over 20 years and never had this problem without UV coating.
