Store owner told me they do not ship ups. I went back with a client and she lied. They do ship ups aslong as you have your own return label . Products sold here are over priced. Associate seems rude. Not frirndly or talkative. I do not go here unless for a client. I will drive to lakeport and deal with an actual UPS STORE THEN TO DEAL WITH UNFRIENDLY A$$ CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst place EVER!! I used to simply just tolerate the older woman who owns the place but now there’s a daughter or something that is now working and she is even worse. So now the older lady sits in the back and watches soap operas while coughing continuously. I will NEVER, EVER be doing business with this place again.

Good UPS drop off point for the larger packages, if you don't arrange for package pickup. Surprised to see their selection of office packing and janitorial supplies as well as "miscellaneous" (i.e. 5 and dime) little goodies.

Went the other day to this place first time ever and the lady was super polite kind and helpful took time to answer questions and help me find the right box to mail my daughter baby items and after a few days I got the same service so definitely consistent service very nice environment as well and she took the time to go over shipping options with me which was nice and we even had a laugh all in all very pleasant experience I will go here everytime from now on. 🙂

We were practically kicked out as soon as we walked in because they saw us with a modem to send back. Women could've been a lot nicer about telling us they don't send back modems.
