Scheduled easily and tech assist was given. Listened to needs helped solve problems with equipment and systems involved. Came back to completely solve problems, (didn't make you feel like an idiot).

I needed to purchase another Mac computer as my old one was retiring. Since I'm not very computer sauvvy I needed help. I called Matthew at Clear Technology and he ordered a new Mac that is beautiful and fast. I think Chris was the name of the man who installed the new computer and transferred all the information from the old onto the new. Chris even recycled my old computer. I was very pleased and happy with the results. There was no stress and it was even fun. I felt like I was in good hands and my computer works great.

I don't often do reviews, but Easy Mac Support truly deserves five stars. Matthew and his team have given us great support on several occasions, most recently when our home network went down. It took Matthew less than an hour to fix several problems and get us up and running. He was great about explaining the issues involved. Amazing service! Quick, very efficient and I would have paid twice the price if I had to! Matt sorted out the problem in less than 5 minutes, something myself and some friends had been trying to work on for a full day. I had no hopes to access again my Mac, but there you go, what Apple itself couldn’t do, or TeamViewer and its terrible tech support, Matt instead did quick and smooth. Thanks again!
