He was very flexible when scheduling, was very cooperative with where and what was inspected in our apartment, clearly documenting everything and taking thorough samples. He let us pick how many dust samples we took, so we opted for 6 across the appt and 1 in the hallway, and did XRF testing of the door and window frames. He was also very informative, and recommended cleaning solutions that supposedly work well for lead dust. He also gave us advice for how to follow up with our landlord about remediating the lead. His service and sample fees were very reasonable (cheaper than some other companies we called), and we'll definitely call him again if we need lead tests in the future.
