I have used Claremont Heights Postal Center for two years. They are wonderful. They are always upbeat and positive, and they have never lost one of my packages. If I am out of town I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen from my porch at home. It is great to have so many services from one place. Also, the selection of cards for all occasions is impressive.

Convenient but very overpriced. Priority medium box. Flat rate is normally $16–18, depending on commercial or post office. This place charges $27, which is quite a markup. In addition, when I asked, how long would it take, they said 3-5 business days, The US post office says that priority mail usually takes 1-2 days. Shipping from this place costs more and takes longer. Only benefit is the shorter lines.

I feel lucky to live so close to this outlet. I have used it to FAX, copy, Notary services and mail packages. They are so helpful and I always leave with gratitude that their services are available. Yesterday, I took a package in that I was mailing to Indiana. After the package was weighed and measured, the cost came to a little over $29 for shipping. The lady at the counter told me that the cost would be less if it was sent in a standard postal box. She opened the original box, transferred the contents and repacked everything in a standard postal box. The end result for me was a savings of about $8. I was so glad that she was there and willing to give me the "extra" service at the end of her work day. It doesn't get better than that. This example stands out for me because it only happened, yesterday; but I feel like it typifies the overall service and attitude that defines service provided by Claremont Heights Postal Center. Again, I love having their business located close to me and am grateful for their help

Called to get quotes on shipping boxes for an upcoming move and the attendant on the phone was beyond rude. He even sighed at one point like I was wasting his time. Isn’t it their job to ship items? The UPS store was 100x nicer.

There're two service workers when I came in the store. The one didn't turn into me while talking with other customer. The other came to me without greeting. So, rude.
And she showed me the option on the screen and didn't give me any seconds to check, quick turn in check out menu. She didn't explain detail different option, just say 'no, we don't have same day delivery'.
I'm ok to pay 40$ for next morning delivery to LA downtown with my paper package. But, I want to feel taking care as a customer, I have the right to listen detail of service as a customer. I was annoyed from rude worker.
Anyway, it's quite fast to finish whole process about 10 minutes. I'll definitely to go other place.

I've been a customer here for over 20 years. I love having a place to send my online purchases where they are safe. Also I love that they will pack and send boxes to my family who are in a different state. Better than the UPS store. And they always say Hi when I come in to get my mail.

I got my finger prints done here, both cards were rejected by the service because they could not be read. I called to see if I could have a refund, or have them done again free of charge, however this business refused stating it is not their fault and they did their job, and blamed me stating my "hands are too dry." I wasted $50, I will never come back or recommend this business.

I have gone here for almost 6 years and am beyond pleased with their expert help. They have carefully packaged many delicate, personal treasuresI have sent for my sons in the AF. They go beyond what is asked, and are welcoming and kind. Highly recommend
