This place has given more citations to one neighborhood in the past 5 months than I have ever seen in the 27 years I have lived here! My grandparents are spending unnecessary amounts of time and money and they are 80 years old! I have taken it upon myself to help them but this is absolutely ridiculous and this is a city not an HOA! I want to see real statues that say we need to move our bricks?! ? and need to repaint the door?! And remove dead plants that may or may not come back to life with a little water?! The person in charge is “just doing their job.” Well maybe they like seeing the elderly have a stroke and maybe they want everyone to have disgust for their behavior towards the elderly but honestly
I am shocked I have never seen such a lack of empathy or compassion towards people and this should be a CRIME.

SWA has not come to any of our houses in over a WEEK, yet you let someone come and give out citations to my neighbors and friends. This is how you get a community upset and ready to sign a petition! In the 25 years of living here not one of my neighbors has ever gotten a citation especially not ones back to back over a 5 mo period like this! The people are fed up! Either go to SWA and tell them to do their jobs or tell your CITY council! This is not the way to treat others nor an ENTIRE COMMUNITY!
