If a realtor or city employee or appointed or elected official knows a neighbor and/or a neighbor wants your home on the market, they will endlessly harass you with full endorsement of local police and "code enforcement". Per my local kleptocracy I have rubbish and debri on my roof in addition to branches from a large tree above it. Have you ever seen rubbish and debri on the roof of a single family home? Me neither, including my own roof.
Fort Lauderdale "neighborhood enhancement"
wants your property to meet their capricious expectations at your expense. They are 100% nightmare and their web page claims they " foster voluntary compliance " a 100% lie. They do exceed in SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT. Call your local legal bar association if code enforcement is a problem, then I doubt you will find talking to a city or county creep an efficient use of your time or tax dollars. Take them to court, and the media and demand restitution from the perpetrators pockets FIRST and your own taxpayers pockets second.

UNSAFE Building Apartment complex... This apartment doesn't even have insurance on it at all in Fort Lauderdale, FL 1429 Miami road 33316 and landlord at the whole water cutoff on the whole building also the roof was caving in and it hadn't even rained. The unit holds 10 apartments.... Landlord does not have insurance on the building as well as fire extinguishers which is against code policy also a pictures I attached from the front collapsing on me on my way to work. It's a yellow building on the corner of 14th Street in Miami

Embarrassing! Spoke to 4 different departments and every single employee treated us like they treat immigrants at the border! Literally like they're not getting paid. You don't like your job? Leave then!

Made a complaint twice for code violation for same property and they do not come out within a timely manner, thus they do not see why i am complaining. If they had come out the day of the complaint instead of 24-48 hours later they would understand the complaint reason. The building is under renovations and they do different things on different days, so it is not everyday. Now there is no case. What is the point in having this service if you cannot rely on it? Meanwhile, i and many others are still having issues with chemicals going through the building and have not gotten any resolve. This is not everyday, but i guarantee if a rep. actually came out to see what the issue was on the day of the complaint they would agree with my concern. Second time a rep. came out they spoke to someone who didnt even make the complaint and notated there was no issues, they didnt even speak to the right person!!!! This is ridiculous.

Very frustrated to get information when the person answering the phones does not collaborate when I ask her to please take me
Off speakerphone so I can clearly understand.

Once I ask her to please take me off speakerphone her response was;

> I can’t I’m working from home.

I find this answer to be unacceptable!
