When I needed mediation, my lawyer recommended Nathan Alder from Christensen & Jensen. Nathan was friendly, patient, and most of all, demonstrated real empathy for the situation. He went above and beyond what I would consider normal for such a task, and was able to find a resolution from what seemed a very untenable spot only hours before. Lawyers and mediation are not cheap, but I can truly say that Nate saved everyone many thousands of dollars that day by resolving our issue out of court, and I am grateful for his advice and expertise. I was recently represented by Christensen & Jensen in a civil suit for a discrimination case, and I am very satisfied with how things turned out. Zachary Myers was the attorney I hired through them, and I found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and adept at his job. He listened really well and represented my situation accurately. Zach proved to be thorough in his investigative work and fact checking for the items I presented him with, which I really appreciate. I never considered filing a lawsuit against anyone before I was discriminated against, and I didn't go into the lawsuit lightly when it became necessary to pursue legal counsel, but I am glad that I chose Christensen & Jensen and Zachary Myers. They helped make the process as easy to go through as possible. If I were to ever find myself in need of legal assistance again, I would definitely go back to them.

Absolutely AMAZING law firm. Seriously, I’m not kidding if you find your self needing any kind of help from a lawyer this is the firm to use. Specifically Karra, Ashlee and Tanner. I first needed them for a civil case against a law enforcement agency which they were amazing with. Then I unfortunately needed their assistance for a DWI charge for prescription medication that I hadn’t even taken that day. I was being railroaded (in my opinion because of my civil lawsuit) and initially was coerced into pleading guilty with a public defender. Knowing I was 100 percent innocent I reached out again to this firm and retained them. They were able to get my guilty plea withdrawn which in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. Then we went to a jury trial. And this is where Michael Tanner shined. Trial started at 0830 AM and Jury came back with NOT guilty verdict at 11 PM that night. While my mom was waiting outside the courtroom until it was here turn to testify, she heard the officers exclaim “they brought out the big guns for this” and boy were they correct. I felt like I was finally heard for the first time in 1.5 years and was given amazing representation. Tanner didn’t leave my side for the entire trial from 0830 AM to 1130 PM, not even to eat and defended me vigorously with amazing legal arguments that left me seriously impressed.
The next day they sent me flowers congratulating me on the win in court which is something I’ve never heard a law firm do before. Trust me on this when I tell you there is a lot corruption

Top notch firm...I hired Todd...communication could be better... but, we as clients, have only one case...attorneys have (good ones) multiple. While I understand that...it needs to be pointed out.
As for Todd...straight up guy. Knowledgeable, openness to hearing your voice...am I'm a difficult person, especially when someone comes after me...
They say the best (right) negotiation is where both parties fell #[email protected], I don't have that feeling.

When I needed a divorce lawyer this company was so freaking amazing! Especially my legal team: Todd Weiler, Calindy Hayden, & Molly Johnson. My legal team went above and beyond to help me get what I needed & understanding everything. They were amazing and help me to keep my head on amongst all the threats and crap my ex was doing to me. They helped me realize that he had gotten his own lawyer and that he was expecting me to pay half of his fees, when they wouldn't even talk to me. DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS - We will be suing them for Malpractice, which we do not want to do, however they are awful attorneys. Stay tuned for updates. Read below for a small taste of Todd Wilers and C&J's Incompetence. The best part is we will win! Todd has no excuse why he screwed up so badly, other than he is incompetent, much like this law firm. If you want to win your case, use someone else. I am surprised C&J has not thanked me for my review, like they have for others. What a shame.

I'm surprised to see anyone say something good about Todd's representation. The dude is not very good at his job. He is unorganized, for starters. Todd gave us legal advice on how a bond works, and when we went to get one, we discovered he doesn't know how it works. So what does Christensen and Jensen do, they make him a partner. Good Grief. They promote a lawyer who does not understand how the law works, or keep up with the changes of the laws.

If you want quality representation, this is not the law firm to use. And do yourself a favor, never use Todd Weiler.

My wife was looking back at emails from Todd this weekend and she found this gem, Todd didn't have time to contact DOPL before our case and ask them to testify on our behalf. The case Todd represented us on involved an unlicensed electrician who was suing us. Todd did not have time to do his job properly.

Think about that before you use him. This cost us ton of money. But hey, it doesn't come out of Todd's pocket.
