I have used Chicago title for years! They are a great team of professionals. This year, I was very pleased when working with Laura Johnson. She has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure that my real estate needs were met and worked closely with my realtor Tracy Johnson to make sure that all of the important dates and requirements were met. Laura does a great job and is a professional I respect.

My husband and I recently sold our house and Chicago Title handled our sale. Everything went smooth and if they need anything they were able to obtain it very quickly. The whole team is amazing but I worked mostly with Laura and Tristan and they both made the process seamless and I would highly recommend using Chicago Title. Left this before but it seems to have disappeared. I used the Helena branch for a closing a few years ago and they issued a clean title. I go to sell the house a few years later and there’s a lien on it from the previous owners. Helena branch is closed so I call GF and they say “do the closing with us and we’ll make sure it all checks out. Otherwise you have to wait 90 days.” I’m not into defrauding buyers so I get the lien removed within one day by contacting prior owner’s bank.
