This lady was sooo RUDE! I called and asked if she can tell me what this paper was that someone was asking me to sign because I don’t understand legal documents and she said “why don’t you read it?” I said I did read it 5 times. The document is very vague no information on it. It is a declination or executor/excutrix document. She said “well it sounds like you don’t want to be the executor”. Whaaaat? How did I sound like that? I didn’t even say anything to you about not wanting to be it. You are just putting words in my mouth. Then she said she can’t give me legal advice. I said I wasn’t asking for legal advice I’m just asking what the paper meant.

Horrible! Combative and rude. Unable to determine anything with this company as the representative is rude and condescending from 'Hello". Good Luck, find someone who is helpful.
